Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Kendal. Stunning tidy room, a kettle, central heating and an iron were appreciated.

The place was fairly clean and stylish, had amiable staff in all areas. The room was lovely and unique with bunk beds when I arrived. This hotel was set in a secluded area so close to a beautiful hill with an exceptional view of the valley and town centre.

The venue was cosy, I enjoyed the stay and the location was tranquil near the Lake District ideal place to go walking as well as Kendal. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was pretty nice. Friendly customer service provided too.

Food and rooms were OK, I enjoyed it. They made my stay restful. There also was secure parking and good pool. Great place to stay for a trip to Kendal...
Internet connection was weak.

Savoury breakfast, very pleasant workers. Soft beds, iron/ironing board, a radio and a hairdryer were a nice touch. The staff did all they can for a FABULOUS stay. Hotel was fairly clean and the service was courteous.

Staff were immensely pleasant and we loved our being there. Generally everything was quite new, but the bathroom was tiny. Flawless customer care too.
